How long do carpets take to dry?
Usually 4–6 hours depending on airflow. We extract as much moisture as possible to speed up drying.
Can you remove old stains?
Most of them, yes. Some set-in stains may lighten rather than vanish completely — we'll tell you honestly before we start.
